Very nice eating here. Food was served hot,and very quick . Quite impressed with the place. Servers where polite and really on the ball.

Absolutely wonderful! My order was salmon and squid sashimi, spicy Salmon roll, BBQ eel and cucumber roll, and spider roll. What a wonderful dinner! Take out and delivery only during "The Year of the Mask 2020"

One of my favourite sushi places in Ottawa with a generous, diverse fresh menu and great service. Very popular and busy place at all hours. They have improved a lot compared to the previous 2 years. Worth a good tip.

One of the better AYCE sushi restaurant in Ottawa! Came in for dinner and everything we ordered from the sushi to sashimi tasted delicious and fresh. The dim sum was surprisingly very good as well! It was an over all great experience!

Service slower than usual but still OK. Food pretty good with the exception of a couple rolls earlier in the evening that fell apart. I've had better experiences here and I expect better or at least on par to. Overall, ok visit.

Of all the sushi places I've gone to, this is one of the worst. They don't take your empty plates. All the tables sitting around me had stacks and stacks of empty plates. The food was NOT FRESH, turned my stomach and made me nauseous by the time i left. The tables are not cleaned properly. I saw a crumbs of rice covering a table and the next party was seated at it without it being cleaned. TerribleThe place was really busy that confused me as the quality was terrible. Don't wait to eat here find another place

My absolute FAVOURITE place to eat sushi in Ottawa. The food is always amazing (I’ve been there at least 20 times). The customer service is definitely lacking (barely english, sort of rude) but the food quality definitely offsets that. I recommend you come and try the food!

Not my first time here. Always a good experience. Love the food, always fresh. Some people give bad reviews, but I don't know why. I love the variety and price, for lunch it was only $18.99 all you can eat. Would pick this over the manderin any day Will be going back for sure.

Really enjoyed this restaurant! I typically am not one for all you can eat, but I was extremely impressed with this one. All plates were very fresh and came very quickly. Really like ordering with the tablet and if you didn't order enough the first time it is easy to order more, right away. I will be back!

This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to and I would give zero stars if it was an option. Our waiter was in jogging pants unlike all the other servers. One of the servers brought us food that we did not order and when we advised someone at the front desk, they asked if we could just try to eat it or they will have to charge us separately. We said we did not order it nor did we want it and after quite a while they finally removed it from the bill. Definitely will never return.

Ten sushi is an all you can eat buffet where you order your food from an ipad. I would recommend being cautious in the parking lot when driving because it is quite small. This is a popular restaurant so you may need to wait to be seated. The food is average all you can eat food and the portions are standard. I was surprised when the server told me that fountain pop would be an extra charge. Other all you can eat places include pop. I didn’t notice any of the servers being rude like some of the other reviewers did. If you’re looking for exceptional service a buffet is probably not the place. The food comes quickly and you don’t have to wait for the server to “approve” your order. The sashimi tasted fresh but spicy salmon roll was mostly filled with the “crisp” and very little salmon. I could barely see or taste any.

All you can eat. Food was good, but the portion sizing is inconsistent. You could order the seaweed salad and it will come in the tiniest bowl, but then the pad thai will arrive on a giant plate. It made it hard to pick what food we wanted and pace ourselves for other options.

We were seated fairly quickly. The food we ordered arrived very quickly. Good portions. The ordering system is very organized and usually specifies the amount of rolls/pieces in an order.Food tasted great. We especially enjoyed their unagi; it was well-prepared in that it didn't have that slimy fish taste.

For what it is, it was a pretty nice place to eat. The food came out tasting quite nice, and the service was reasonably fast. The servers were about as nice as servers get at AYCE sushi restaurants. It's busy-busy-busy, so I don't really mind.

Avoid this place like the plague. Customer service is non-existent. I would not recommend anybody go here. The food was also subpar. The health department should be all over these people. Apparently nobody wears hair nets. Hair found in our soup.

Great selection of food; there’s something for all types of people. I find this to be much better than other competitors in Ottawa.

Loved everything we had. My favourite, the teriyaki salmon. The service is fast and everything tasted fresh. An informal atmosphere, great to bring the kids or to enjoy with friends.

Good food and prices are very reasonable. Great value! I often get takeout here and I’ve never been disappointed.

Amazing food. Not strictly sushi, items such as noodles or chicken is available. Very zen setting with orders taken via tablet and food made to order every dish.

I went back recently and the service has gone from excellent to probably the worst customer service I have had in awhile. Food is still delicious. The female server was on her phone and didn't see her most of the night (went for dinner). I still think they have amazing food option but they need to retrain staff or fire them and hire a new bunch. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ __ I have to say, I was surprised how great the service was and how delicious the food was. We didn't have to wait very long to be seated, food was served promptly and all ordering is done via an iPad. I plan on going back with friends and family.

I like this Ten Sushi location in Bank St. They serve good food and eat all you can Japanese food among others. Ample parking spot and spacious dining space. The servers need to be mindful in how they look though. Black sweatpants doesn't cut it. I know... it's about the food, you'd say... you're right... but it does help in the overall presentation.

I used to love this restaurant. But ever since it opened, its quality has been going down drastically. Washroom ALWAYS dirty. Tables sometimes dirty and floors most of time is dirty. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchens are. The staff are a bit better than before. They are a bit more friendly. Food is usually great, esp. Sushi, but lack of cleanliness is ruining the experience for me

delicious food, good lunch time deal (up till 3pm), clean environment, hostess was kind, service is efficient and never too late, but always worth the wait on some items. Didn't get any up-close pictures of them but they're meat options are my personal favourites: eel, spicy beef, sashimi (although not available for lunch), and the grilled fish!

Would recommend the spicy crispy salmon rolls!Pro-tip: Go during non-peak lunchtime during the week and your food comes the moment you order it with the high-tech iPad sushi ordering system.Note: very busy during weekend lunch and you might have to wait for a table, especially with larger parties.

Never give any tips to the restaurant, cuz the owner of the restaurant keeps all the tips and never give a dime to servers.

OMG, this place is the best place to have Sushi in the city. Before I try Sushi I wasn't really motivated by eating a raw meat but this is AMAZING. They have a big variety of food and drink. Fast, delicious, affordable. I go there every weekend.

I was going to give this spot a 4 star until I came here the second time. I think standards are different between lunch and dinner. Dinner service and food were great! But lunch... not so much. Don’t bother ordering udon noodle soups because there are barely noodles in there. The ribs as pictured were tough and full of fat which I actually spat out because it was really gross. Sushi were just average, which isn’t a problem at all. The bill came up to $18 which I thought was somewhat expensive for a ayca sushi lunch. Might come back for dinner, but not for lunch!

Always a favourite stop in Ottawa. It's a bit expensive but that's because you have to pay for the gluttonous amounts of sashimi my wife and I order.

This is our go to AYCE sushi spot. Very clean and very fast service. The restaurant uses iPads for ordering. Food comes out almost instantly after you place your order. I find that ordering the sushi and sashimi first is always the best option as it usually takes the longest to come out. Food 4Atmosphere 4Service 3Overall experience 4I put the service at 3 because you really don’t interact with the servers. And some of them don’t seem friendly so that’s why I only gave a 4. But this is the place to go for AYCE. Fresh and tasty. You will need to wear joggers to keep you comfy.

Ten Sushi has been a go to staple of Sushi Buffet for the Ottawa South region. The sushi quality is very good considering it is a buffet. Rarely has the rice been stale. Although some dishes are a bit oily like the grilled salmon head, I do commend them for not skimping out on the portions. The rice to filling balance is well made unlike some competitors who attempt to give you as much rice as possible. I do hope that they can turn the heat up a bit or use a different tea pot as the tea gets cold very fast (less than 3min). Overall it is great value for its price (~$19/person for lunch) as a sushi buffet.

I must admit the sushi was decent but I found the service weird. Was told to order apps and sushi at the same time to make it quicker...Sushi came out before the apps. The lights were way too bright and the ambiance was lacking. The doors to the bathroom were propped open and had no handle. The price was fair and the food was good so ymmv.

If you're going for lunch do yourself a favor and reserve before you go. T'is a zoo. Overall I enjoyed myself, it's like any other all you can eat sushi place. The photos were a tad deceiving. For example, the dessert included banana tempura and in the photo it had 5 pieces with ice cream in the middle. That ain't the case...its 2. But overall you pay 25 bucks for lunch and leave stuffed.

This place used to be great. The food is still pretty good. The service is fast but not friendly. Also we moved our table a little and there was old food hidden under the table leg cover. That was gross. The 4 stars rating is towards the food only.

Available for take-out during the pandemic, they made the order quickly and everything was tasted good and fresh. Good value!

Pretty good service. It was fast and they were very accommodating to allergies. Nice place and some interesting different rolls. The dinner was great. Be careful of ordering soft drinks. If one person in the group orders one it charges everyone for a drink unless you buy by can.

After eating here a few times, I am very glad to have Ten Sushi here as an option. Decent quality, big selection of all you can eat sushi and many other items on the iPad menu, fast service, and all at a reasonable price of $18 for lunch.

I went on a Saturday night, it was really busy so you know there won't be any parking spots in the winter fue to the snow. Other than that, when you walk inside it's packed so you need to get a number. It went by fast tho, food service was fast as well!

Slow service some stuff we ordered came and it wasnt what we ordered. Wait staff took our plates away before we were finished. Some of the fish we had was fake and not fresh. An order didn't come so we notified the staff and they came back with a completely different roll we did not order. Safe to say we won't be coming back.

We went out for dinner. A note, they don't take interac cards or the Visa type gift cards. We ordered a variety of food and it took time to get the food to our table. It was a painful experience. We did not get half the food we ordered and everytime I spoke to someone about it they were confused and wanted me to tell them what was missing. After doing this 5 times and asking for water and napkins and just not great Service we left with a bill of 117 and still hungry. Funny thing is as we were getting up to leave a plate of food we ordered 20 minutes earlier finally showed up. Imagine if it was busy. I will say that the food was a 8 on 10. Not the best sushi I had. They have a lot of staff walking around but they have no understanding of customer Service. Please like my review and pictures

Best AYCE sushi in Ottawa right now. Much better than 168 Merivale or Sushi Kan. The beef dishes are of decent quality. The sushi is good too. Service is fast and efficient. The restaurant is clean. Was very happy with this visit.

In compare to other places I was before for Sushi and Japanese food, the quality was average! I went here for lunch and I did not try sashimi and special rolls, may be they make a huge difference to my taste but, I did not find anything super delicious or very special. It could be better but they have too many customers and I think this is the reason for downgrading the quality. The service is really depends on the waiter that greets you at the beginning. Some of them are bored with their job and not nice some of them take good care of you and what you order.And the best things in Ten sushi I think are the Sushi not the Rolls. My boyfriend and I love this place! We always luck out and get a big booth. It is very comfortable. The service is crazy fast. Once you order your food in the iPad, you can expect to get your first dished within 2-3 minutes (and that is on a Saturday night). Any sushi with avocado is awesome. I'm telling you, their avocados are so fresh and creamy. Their udon soups & tempura dishes are amazing too! I will say, we tend to avoid ordering their meat dishes because they give you a massive portion. I wish they didn't give so much (because you have to finish it, or you pay for the leftovers) and I'd rather not fill up on one dish. Also, their drinking water tastes like room temperature tap water...no ice. We usually stick to their sushi and soups. Great quality!

I would have given them a better review but they purposely charge everyone at the table a soft drink even if other people order water. The food was decent and service was quick.
